Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time truck drivers, including brokers, employed by the Employer at its Indiana facility currently located in East Chicago. All truck drivers domiciled in states other than the state of Indiana, office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular maintenance technicians employed by the employer at its facility located at 3959 S. Morgan, Chicago, IL 60609. Excluded: All other employees, any employees represented by another Union, all office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act as Amended.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time employees employed as heavy equipment operators and landscape plantsmen. Excluded: All managers, supervisors, clericals, guards, and professional employees as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular drivers employed by the employer. Excluded: All other employees, laborers and equipment operators, all office clerical employees and guards, profesisonal employees and supervisors as defined by the Act as Amended.

Unit Sought: Included: All Food service employees, customer service employees, cooks, cashiers and warehouse employees. Excluded: All managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
