Unit Sought: Including: All office clerical employees employed by the Employer at its Seneca, Pennsylvania, facility; Excuded: all drivers, warehousemen and production employees and supervisors, professionals and guards as defined by the Act, and all other employees

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time and part time activity aides, painters, smoke monitors and receptionists. Excluded: All other employees, supervisors, department heads, casual employees, clerical workers, guards, LPNs, RNs, managers.

Unit Sought: Included: All over the road drivers, Local deivery drivers and shuttler drivers. Excluded: All office, clerical, and professional employees, all security guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Production employees (i.e. laborers, packers, scales, shipping & receiving, seasoning, mixers, stuffers, grinders, oven operator/cooker, machine operators, quality control, maintenance, fork lift operators and sanitation).
