Unit Sought: Included: State tested Nursing Assistants, Restorative Aides, Licensed Practical Nurses, All full-time Nursing Assistants, Housekeeping Aides, Dietary Workers, Laundry Aides, All regular part-time employees working more than 16 hours per week. Excluded: All office clerical employees, registered nurses, certified technicians, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, and all part-time employees regularly scheduled for sixteen (16) hours or less per week.
