Unit Sought: Included: all full time and part time courier drivers, truck drivers, helpers and warehouse people Excluded: all other office clerical employees, all guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Production and maintenance full-time and regular part-time dispatchers. Exclulded: All office confidential employees clerical and guards, professional and managerial employee supervisors.

Unit Sought: Included: The bargaining unit shall consist of 65% of LPNs and all service and maintenance employees including but not limited to LPNs, Certified Nursing Assistants, Environmental Aides, Supply Clerks, Ward Clerks, Cooks, Dietary Aides, Laundry Aides, Housekeepers, Maintenance Workers, Activity Assistants, Rehabilitation Aides, Restorative Aides. Excluded: Professional employees, RNs, Managers, Supervisors, Department Heads, Confidential employees, including Medical Records, Physical Therapy, Assistants, Respiratory Therapists, Social Workers, Technicians, and 35% of LPNs and guards as defined in the Act.
