Unit Sought: The Company recognizes the union as the sole and exclusive batgaining agent for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages hours of maintenance , and traffic employees in the company's and South Brunswick, New Jersey , Localtion. It is expressly understood and agreed the the bargaining unit does not include: Exc. a. Superviosrs employees withauthority to hire, promote, discahrg discipline, or otherwise affact th status of employees or effectively recommend such action. b. Administrative employees. c. Office clerical employees and clerical employees assigned to factory departments. d. Employees of the Plant Security Department. e. Employees of the Production Control Department. f. Employees in the Product Styling Department. g. Employees classifield as Quality Technicians h. Employees in the Enginneering Department. Whenever the term employees(s) is hereinafter used, it shall except where otherwise specified, mean those within the bargaining unit described Article.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: ALL FULL-TIME AND REGULAR PART-TIME DRIVERS EMPLOYED BY THE EMPLOYER AT ITS MAPLETON, ILLINOIS FACILITY EXCLUDED: MECHANICS, PRODUCTION WORKERS, OFFICE CLERICAL EMPLOYEES, PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES, MANAGERIAL EMPLOYEES, GUARDS AND SUPERVISORS AS DEFINED IN THE ACT

Unit Sought: Included: All full and part-time emergency medical technicians, paramedics, system status controllers and mechanics employed by the employer in its operations in Spokane County, Washington. Excluded: Excluding all other employees, including professional employees, registered nurses, office clerical emplyees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
