Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, skilled employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees of te emergency services department at the Employer's facility, including dispatchers, access control and emergency services employees, patrol officers and gate officers. Excluded: Office clerical employees, sales employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time drillers, installers, Mechanics, helpers and assistants employed in the drilling, repariing, maintenance or rehabilitation of all water wells, test holes, pumps, vertical shafts, gas storage or production wells or other similar work performed by the contractors. Excluded: All office and clerical employees, professional employees, sales represenatitves, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
