All full-time and part-time security officers employed by Paragon Systems, Inc., in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Santa Barbara and San uis Obispo Counites, California, pursuant to a contract between the Employer and the United State Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service Contract Number HSCECA-07-F-0048 or its successors.

Unit Sought: All employees performing bargaining unit work employed by the Employer and covered by the occupational and geographical jurisdiction of the Union, including foremen, subforemen, journeymen, skilled, helper, and trainee cabinetmakers; excluding all office clerical employees, and guards and supervisors as dfined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time Hospitality Associates, Recreation Assistants, Rehab Aides, Unit Secretaries, Customer Care Associates, and Maintenance Assistants. Excluded: All other employees, all guards and supervisor as defined by the Act.
