Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and part-time employees who work as Front Desk employees, Front Desk SOD, Climbing Instructors and Coaches (summer or otherwise), Youth Coaches, General Belay workers, Routesetters (including Hold Washers), Yoga Instructors, Private Coaches, Local Content Creators, and all other part-time and full-time nonexempt positions employed by the Employer at and out of its Movement Valhalla facility located at 1 Commerce St, Valhalla, NY 10595 EXCLUDED: All office clericals, managers, assistant managers, supervisors and guards as defined by the Act, including Gym Director, Assistant Gym Director, Head Routesetter, Head Coach, and Program Manager.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, part-time and on-call Front Desk Concierge Hotel Agents employed by the Employer at its facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Excluded: Employees already represented by a labor organization, and all other employees, guards and supervisors, as defined by the Act.
