Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time warehouse co-workers, recovery workers, stock controllers, supply quality coordinators, and maintenance co-workers employed by the Employer at its Minooka and Joliet facilities. Excluded: All safety and security coordinators, office clerical co-workers, professional coworkers, managerial co-workers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other co-workers.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time and per diem Physical Therapist Assistants employed by the Employer at or from its facility located at 2880 Soquel Avenue, Suite 10, Santa Cruz, California to be added to the existing bargaining unit represented by NUHW. Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, employees represented by other labor organizations, guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.
