Unit Sought: Including: All full-time and part-time employees who are employed at the employer’s nonpublic schools in the following job classifications: Assistant teacher, bilingual counselor, bilingual mental health counselor, bilingual school therapist, bilingual school-based counselor, classroom counselor, clinical counseling associate, clinical psych intern, counselor – school based, mental health associate, mental health associate – manager track, mental health counselor, senior mental health counselor, senior mental health counselor – clinical, speech pathologist, teacher – education specialist, teacher – long term sub, teacher associate, teacher – intern credential, therapist – school-based, and vocational associate. Excluding: Bilingual QA specialist/PA, lead mental health counselor, lead QA specialist/program assistant, lead therapist – school, manager of operations, nurse, program operations associate, quality assurance specialist/program assistant, therapist, and all other employees, guards, office clerical employees, managers, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
