Unit Sought: Included: Please consider this a notice of IBEW’s intent to pursue an Armor-Globe type selfdetermination election regarding the attached petition. Currently, IBEW Local 1593 represents all Lineworker’s, Meter Technicians, and Warehouse Material Coordinators. All Staking Engineers, GIS Specialists, Energy Services Technicians, and Energy Services Coordinators are seeking representation by IBEW 1593 and to be included in the current unit in the collective bargaining agreement dated November 1st, 2023, through October 31st, 2027, between Capital Electric Cooperative, Inc. and Local Union 1593 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. All full time and regular part time Staking Engineers, GIS Specialists, Energy Services Technicians, and Energy Services Coordinators to be included in current unit in collective bargaining agreement dated November 1st, 2023 through October 31st, 2027, between Capital Electric Cooperative, Inc., who may be hereinafter referred to as the Company, and Local Union 1593 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers who may be hereinafter referred to individually and collectively as the Union. Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by act.
