Unit Sought: All full-time and part-time route service, truck drivers, including drivers who report to and/or work out of the Employer’s locations at 1151 Rohlwing Rd., Rolling Meadows, IL and 9604 South Franklin Drive, Franklin, WI; but excluding clericals, guards, and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, and also excluding any non-delivery warehouse workers and coffee vending drivers.

Unit Sought: Included: All housekeeping employees, including room attendants, housepersons, and laundry attendants, employed by the Employer at its hotel currently located at 4111 E Willow St Long Beach, CA 90815. Excluded: All non-housekeeping employees, managers, office clerical employees and guards, and professional employees as defined in the Act.
