Unit Sought: Included: All full time, part time and on-call Guest Relations Agents, Guest Relations Leads and Rooms Controllers employed at the Employer's facilities located at the above-listed addresses in Las Vegas, Nevada. Excluded: Employees already represented by a labor organization and all other employees, guards and supervisors, as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: all non-supervisory, full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer. Excluded: Managers, supervisors, confidential employees, and guards as defined by the Act. The parties’ voluntary recognition agreement identified that the eligibility of the following Classifications has not been resolved: Program Manager, Administrative Manager, Provider Training and Support Coordinator, Programs Administration Manager, Tuition Assistance Program Manager, Training Program Manager, Peer Mentor Manager, Technical Training Support Manager. The parties have since agreed to the inclusion of the Programs Administration Manager and the Program Manager. The following classifications identified in(9 )remain contested: Wellness Manager, Peer Mentorship Program Manager, Technical Training Support Manager, Small Business Support Manager, Child Development Manager, and Tuition Assistance Program Manager.

Excluded: Excluding all temporary employees, contractors, engineers, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Warehouse Assistants. Excluded: Supervisors, managers, guards. and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All tull-time and regular part-time Behavioral & Training Instructors, Hospital Assistants, Lead Registered Veterinary Technicians, Registered Veterinary Technicians, Temporary Medical Assistants and Veterinary Assistants. Excluded: All other employees, managers, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.
