Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time On-Call Direct Support Professionals employed by the Employer at its Connecticut facilities, but excluding all office clerical employees, confidential employees, managers, guards, professional employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for New England Healthcare Employees Union, District 1199, SEIU, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit of direct support professionals currently represented by New England Healthcare Employees Union, District 1199, SEIU. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
