Unit Sought: Included: All Full Time and Part Time workers employed by the Employer at 284 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02139, and at 110 N First St, Cambridge, MA 02141 who perform work or services consisting of, related to or incidental to preparing and serving food and beverages, cleaning the Employer’s facilities, and brewing, crafting, bottling, packaging or storing of the beverages and products produced by Employer, including but not limited to Production Workers, Lead Bartenders, Bartenders, Barbacks, Lead Baristas, Baristas, Kitchen, Cleaning, and Distribution/Distro. Excluded: All office clerical employees, managerial employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Description of Present Unit: All full-time and regular part-time CAT rental store drivers working at all Ohio CAT locations in Ohio and Kentucky; excluding all other employees, including all parts drivers, sales representatives, dispatchers, temporary employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Description of Proposed Unit: Same unit description, but clarified to include the Brooklyn Driver classification.
