Excluded: All Store Leaders, Assistant Store Leaders, office clerical employees, professional employees, seasonal employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Employer's Utility Inspection Technicians and Gas Service Technicians (including Leads) who are both (a) in the supervisory group currently servicing National Grid and (b) associated with the above-defined North Attleborough Location, based on Employer's understanding of the bargaining unit the Union is seeking to represent. Excluded: All other employees of Employer, including all supervisory, confidential, and guard employees as defined by the NLRA.
