Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time armed and unarmed security officers employed by the Company in Norfolk and the outlying areas (to include Suffolk, Chesapeake, Newport, Accomack, Portsmouth, Newport News) and any new posts or additional services in the outlying areas of Norfolk as requested by the government under Contract 70RFP319DE3000002 between the Company the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Services (“Government Contract” or “Contract”)., performing guard duti.es as defined in Section 9(B)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, working for the Employer. Excluded: excluding office clericals, managerial personnel, confidential personnel, supervisors (Lieutenants and Captains) as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, and all other personnel.

Unit Sought: Included: All full and regular part-time teachers, paraprofessionals/paraeducators, building substitutes, teaching and non teaching aides, one-on-one paraeducators, registered behavioral technicians, social workers, interventionists, personal care assistants, administrative assistants, counselors, school psychologists, afterschool activities employees. Excluded: Excluding on-site nurses, tech employees, food service employees, custodial/maintenance staff, managers and supervisors as defined by the Act.
