Unit Sought: As determined by the National Labor Relations Board on September 22, 1970 in Case 36-RC-2695 and as revised by agreement of the Employer and the Union, the unit appropriate for the purpose of collective bargaining consists of all Customer Experience Representatives (CXRs), Emerald Club Service Specialists, Exit Booth Agents, Return Agents, Automotive Detailers, Automotive and Maintenance Technicians, employed by the Employer at the Portland International Airport, Portland, Oregon, excluding all other employees, office clerical employees, guards, managerial employees and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act. On the date set forth above, the National Labor Relations Board certified the Union as having been designated and selected by a majority of all employees of the Employer as the representative for the purpose of collective bargaining and that the Union, pursuant to the provisions of the National Labor Relations Act, is the exclusive representative of all the employees in the unit set forth above for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, hours of employment and all other conditions of employment. The Employer, in accordance with the Decision and Certification of Representation as amended by the Employer and the Union, recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative of its employees in said collective bargaining unit.
