Lauderdale, FL 33315 See 12-RC-137757 and Case 12-RC- 150006. Local 769 has the support of employees in the classification of maintenance administrative assistant and seeks an Armour-Globe election for those employees. The Union requested that the Employer recognize Local 769 as the exclusive representative for employees on or about October 26, 2023, but the Employer refused to so recognize.
