The choices on the ballot will be "Yes" or "No". 2. Do you wish to be represented for purposes of collective bargaining by COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL AGENCY EMPLOYEES UNION, DISTRICT COUNCIL 1707, AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES, AFL-CIO? The choices on the ballot will be "Yes" or "No". The votes of the professional employees on the second question will then be counted with the votes of the nonprofessional employees in Voting Group 8 (Nonprofessional Employees) to determine whether or not Community and Social Agency Employees Union, District Council 1707, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL­ CIO, will represent the entire unit.
