Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time and regular part-time Guest Service Associates, Food Service Leaders, and Guest Service Leaders employed by the Employer out of its 211 Troy Schenectady Road, Latham, New York 12110 facility. Excluded: office clerical employees, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Managers-in-Training may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in this classification are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility and the inclusion or exclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.

Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time and regular part-time bus assistants employed by the Employer at its 250 Miller Ct., Carbondale, Illinois facility, Excluding all office clerical employees, professional employees, drivers, drivers in training, mechanics, dispatchers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
