Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time and regular part-time Guest Service Associates, Food Service Leaders, and Guest Service Leaders employed by the Employer out of its 211 Troy Schenectady Road, Latham, New York 12110 facility. Excluded: office clerical employees, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Managers-in-Training may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in this classification are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility and the inclusion or exclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.

Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-lime and regular part-time wax specialists employed by the Employer at its facility located at 777 White Plains Rd. Scarsdale, NY 10583. Excluded: All other employees, including guards, professional employees, and supervisors, as defined by the Act.

Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer on its Community News staff, and at the Sun Journal and the Times Record, and all full-time and regular part-time non-editorial employees employed by the Employer at the Morning Sentinel and the Kennebec Journal. Excluded: All editorial department employees at the Morning Sentinel and the Kennebec Journal, all advertising department employees and Creative Service Designers at the Kennebec Journal, office clerical employees, confidential employees, managers, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.
