Pastoria Ave., Sunnyvale, CA 94086, the sole facility herein: Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT); CCHT Advanced; CCHT Master; CCHT Per Diem; and Environmental Services Tech (EST); excluding professional employees, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.
