If a majority of valid ballots are cast for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 2337, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing collective-bargaining unit of plant operators, equipment specialists, equipment specialist apprentices, storekeepers, and material specialists, but excluding all other employees, including office, clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. For purposes of this unit description, regular part-time includes all employees who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks leading to the payroll cutoff date. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election. Excluded: All confidential employees, managerial employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, and all other employees. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for Minnesota Nurses Association, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing RN unit currently represented by Minnesota Nurses Association.
