Others Permitted to Vote: The parties have agreed that team coordinators, team coordinator managers, and early childhood program managers may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.

Voting Unit (Unit A): All armed and unarmed security officers employed by the Company performing guard duties assigned to the FDR Library in Hyde Park, New York, under the Company’s contract with the National Archives and Records Administration (“NARA”), excluding office clerical employees, managerial personnel, supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, and all other personnel* *The parties’ agreement sets forth that “neither probationary employees as defined in this Agreement, nor persons enrolled or participating in pre-hire training programs offered by the Company, shall be considered employees under this Section.” Further, “[a]ll employees newly hired, or rehired after termination of their seniority, shall be classified as probationary employees for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of hire or rehire.”
