If a majority of valid ballots are cast for CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY EMPLOYEES UNION, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit of all full-time and regular part-time Cashiers, Cooks I – Residential, Cooks I - Retail Dining, Cooks II – Residential Dining, Cooks II – Retail Dining, Pantry, and Stewards – Residential, currently represented by CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY EMPLOYEES UNION. Pastoria Ave., Sunnyvale, CA 94086, the sole facility involved herein: RN Staff Per Diem; IC RN1 Trainee; IC RN 3 Intermediate; and IC RN4 Advanced; excluding non-professional employees, Center Managers, Assistant Center Managers, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act. VOTING GROUP – UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES) All full-time, regular part-time, and eligible per diem employees in the following classifications employed by the Employer out of its facility located at 610 N. Pastoria Ave., Sunnyvale, CA 94086, the sole facility herein: Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT); CCHT Advanced; CCHT Master; CCHT Per Diem; and Environmental Services Tech (EST); excluding professional employees, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.
