The National Labor Relations Board is currently in shutdown/furlough due to a lapse in appropriations. NLRB headquarters and all field offices are closed. This website remains available to the public but is not actively maintained during the shutdown. Accordingly, the E-Filing applications (E-Filing, Online Charge and Petition, and My Account Portal) remain available. Documents E-filed during the shutdown will be processed once normal operations resume. 
 
Please note that due dates to file or serve most documents continue to be tolled during the period of the shutdown. However, the due dates for filing unfair labor practice charges and certain representation petitions cannot be tolled. Click here for more information.

As part of Labor Rights Week events, representatives from NLRB Region 25 will be making a presentation and fielding questions at a forum being hosted by the US Department of Labor on September 3, 2015. The event will take place in the 7th floor BMO Conference Center located at 135 N. Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46204. Attendance is FREE and OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. In addition to the NLRB, there will be presentations, staffed informational booths, and question & answer sessions from many other employment related government agencies, including the Wage and Hour Division of both the US and Indiana Departments of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Indiana Occupational Safety Health Administration. Indiana Civil Rights Commission, and Center Township Small Claims Court.  No registration or ticket is required. We hope to see you there!
