Hartford Training on New NLRB R Case Rules

In order to assist the Labor Bar to become familiar with the new Representation (“R”) case rules, the Labor and Employment Section of the Connecticut Bar Association has scheduled a briefing session with Michael Cass, Officer in Charge, of NLRB Subregion 34, and Jonathan B. Kreisberg, Regional Director, NLRB Region One. The session will be held on April 8, 2015 at the Subregional offices located in the AA Ribicoff Federal Building at 450 Main Street Hartford, CT beginning at 10AM.
