District Court Enforces the Board's Investigative Subpoenas

At the request of the National Labor Relations Board, U.S. District Court Judge Percy Anderson has issued an order enforcing investigative subpoenas duces tecum ("the Subpoenas") issued by the Board and served on Respondents DT Management LLC d/b/a Doubletree by Hilton Ontario Airport Hotel and Extreme Services, Inc.  Judge Anderson directed Respondents to produce the documents within 45 days of his Order and also awarded the Board costs.  The Subpoenas issued in connection with the Region's investigation of six unfair labor practice charges filed by Unite Here Local 11, which allege that Doubletree and Extreme Services, as a joint employer, violated the National Labor Relations Act by terminating four employees in violation of Section 8(a)(1) and 8(a)(3) of the Act and by committing various violations of Section 8(a)(1) of the Act.
