Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Senior Accountants, Lead Care Coordinators, and Back-up Youth & Family Advocates, may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election. The parties agree that Senior Accountants, Lead Care Coordinators, and Back-up Youth & Family Advocates are professional employees within the meaning of Section 2(12) of the Act and should be furnished ballots for Voting Group A- Professional Unit.

Voting Unit (Unit B):All full-time and regular part-time nonprofessional employees, including Operations Assistants, Receptionists, Housing Specialists, Development & Communications Coordinators, Development Specialists, Volunteer & Community Engagement Managers, Drop-In Center Peer Specialists, Drop-In Center Case Managers, PDP Community Case Managers, Street Outreach Coordinators, Supportive Employment Case Managers, Housing First Case Managers, OVC Case Managers, PATHS Housing Case Managers, QBLOK Housing Case Managers, TLP Housing Case Managers, and YHDP Youth Coordinated Entry Liaisons, employed by the Employer who work at and/or out of its Main Office located at 4200 N Holton Street, Suite 400, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and its Shelter located at 1614 E Kane Place, Milwaukee, Wisconsin; excluding all confidential employees, professional employees, managerial employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, as amended.
