The NLRB reopened from shutdown status on November 13, 2025. Due dates to file or serve most documents were tolled during the period of the shutdown, although due dates cannot be tolled for filing and service of unfair labor practice charges, applications for awards of fees and other expenses under the Equal Access to Justice Act, and certain representation petitions. For documents where tolling applies, the terms are that for each day on which the Agency’s offices were closed for all or any portion of the day, one day is added to the time for filing or service of the document. If the new due date falls on a weekend or holiday, the new due date will be moved to the next business day. For example, if the original due date was October 7, 2025 and the shutdown lasted 43 days, the revised due date is November 19, 2025. See chart for revised due dates.

Unit Description: Included: All full-time and regular part-time journeymen and apprentice drywall employees performing all preparatory and joint finishing work and coaring systems applied to drywall surfaces, including all preparatory work of nail and fastener spotting, pointing, taping, finishing and sanding of joints and surfaces; all protective coverings such as drop cloths and masking prior ro application of finishing materials; and the erection, moving and dismantling of all scaffolding used by drywall finishers for work coming within the jurisdiction of the drywall finishers. All employees performing the loading, unloading, stocking, sanding, and clean up of all drywall finishing materials, and all work involving the use of any tool, equipment, and/or systems used to perform the above-mentioned work. The geographical area covered by this Unit is as follows: Zone 1: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Centre, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Somerset, Washington and Westmoreland. Zone 2: Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Elk, Forest, Fulton, Huntingdon, Jefferson, Juniata, Mercer, Mifflin and Venango. Zone 3: Crawford, Erie, McKean, Potter and Warren. Excluding, all office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.
