Benjamin Green

Judge Benjamin Green was appointed an NLRB judge in November 2016, after serving as a Social Security judge. Before joining Social Security, Judge Green spent 16 years as a trial attorney in the Board’s offices in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Newark, New Jersey. Before joining the Board, he spent three years in private practice handling labor and employment law matters. Judge Green received his B.A. degree from Binghamton University and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School.
