Excluded: All office clerical employees, dispatchers, mechanics, managerial employees, guards, and all other employees and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: All employees of the employer; excluding all managerial employees, fleet and safety managers, director of operations, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All part-time and full-time employees performing work in the following classifications: check bay attendant, plant/facility maintenance, mechanic, mechanic leadman, tire changer, tire mechanic, parts clerk, and plant/facility maintenance excluding all drivers, dock workers, jockeys, office clerical, supervisors, and guards as defined by the Act.
