Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer with respect to rates of pay, hours and all other terms and conditions of employment. The bargaining unit is described as follows: (a) All administrative, fiscal and program staff including employees of the following programs: Energy Assistance, Food Bank & Housing, Employment and Training and the Learning Center. (b) Any position that may be established or any current bargaining unit position substantially changed during the life of this Agreement in existing and/or newly created CAMP programs. Excluded: Confidential employees. Program Directors and Executive Director. Temporary employees: Employees hired for a specific period of time not to exceed ninety (90) calendar days.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees employed in the Playland department of the employer's 555 Trosper Rd Tumwater Washington Store will be given the opportunity to vote for self-determination into the existing CCK contracts. Excluded: Confidential employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the act.

Unit Sought: Included: Full time and part time journeyman electricians/instrument techs and sub electricians/instrument techs. Excluded: Managers, supervisors, Foreman, Guards.
