Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time mechanics, maintenance workers, feed truck drivers, and mill workers employed by the Employer at its Quincy, Washington and Nyssa and Boardman, Oregon feed lots; excluding all penriders, commodity drivers, cattle truck drivers, office clerical employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All Retail Sales Consultants and Financial Cell Tower Technicians from Ketchikan to Wasilla, Alaska. Excluded: All other employees not already represented by IBEW Local 1547.

Unit Sought: All regular full-time and part-time grocery (dairy and frozen food) employees, produce employees, bakery employees and deli employees; excluding all meat department employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act and all other employees.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All regular full-time and shared time Court Security officers (CSOs) and Lead Court Security Officers (LCSOs) employed by the Employer pursuant to the Employer's contract(s) with the USMS for security within the jurisdictional boundaries of the District of Idaho in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho EXCLUDING: All other office and/or clerical employees, managers, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
