Unit Sought: Included: All Registered nurses employed in the Hospital as resident Nurses and Staff Nurses. Excluded: Supervisory employees as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, administrative or managerial employees, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Seeking a self-determination election for all full and part-time registered nurses, including when serving in a charge nurse capacity, who work as access nurses; excluding all administrative personnel, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Labor Management Relations Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time Truck Trailer, Tank Wagon, Fleet Fuelers, and Packing Drivers. Excluded: All Office Clerical, maintenance employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
