Unit Sought: Seeking a self-determination election among all regular full-time and part-time employees working in the nutrition department at the Employer's retail store located at 400 S Thor St, Spokane, WA. Excluded: Nutrition Department Manager, managerial employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All operating and maintenance employees; Excluded: Clerical, administrative and supervisory employees.

Unit Sought: Therefore the following job classification is being requested to be added to the bargaining unit; Per Chapter 21-500/Inclusion of unrepresented groups: Repair Representatives All other job classifications not mentioned would be exempt from this petition including guards and supervisors as stated in the act.
