Unit Sought: Included: All non-professional employees, including per diem and part-time employees employed 144 hours or more in the previous three (3) months (May 1 - July 31, 2009). Excluded: All registered nurses, physicians, professionals, technical employees, skilled maintenance employees, business office clerical employees, all confidential employees in the Human Resources Department, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act; all employees employed at Heritage Place, all employees employed at Serenity House, all employees employed at Kenai Health Center, all Health Information Management employees involved in Non-Acute Care Hospital services to Heritage Place, Serenity House, and the Kenai Health Center, and per diem and part-time employees employed less than 144 hours in the previous three (3) months (May 1 - July 31, 2009).

Unit Sought: Included: All dental assistants, front office personnel, finance coordinators, scheduling coordinators, and sterilizers employed by the employer at the above named locations. Excluded: All dentists, dental hygienists, supervisors, managers and confidential employees.
