Excluded: Supervisors, managerial employees, administrative employees, clerical employees, and all other employees employed by the Portland Opera. Proposed Unit: Included: All solo singers, speaking performers/narrators, mute performers, stage directors and their assistants, stage managers and their assistants, choreographers, solo dancers, ballet masters/mistresses, dance captains, corp dancers, and choristers. Excluded: Supervisors, managerial employees, administrative employees, clerical employees, and all other employees employed by the Portland Opera.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time school bus drivers employed out of its Everett, Washington facilities. Excluded: All office clerical employees, dispatchers, mechanics, managerial employees, guards, and all other employees and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.
