Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time technicians who work in the following departments: rigging, carpentry, audio, lighting, video, properties, wardrobe, truck loaders, stagehands, and stage managers employed by the employer in conjunction with the performance or presentation of any show, production, or event at the Paradise Rock Club, Boston. Excluded: All office clerical employees, confidential employees, managers, guards, professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
