Unit Sought: All full-time, part-time and relief registered nurses who perform patient care services including clinial coordinators, employed at Pioneer Memorial Hospital; excluding house supervisors and guards as defined in the Act and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time, regular part time and per diem paramedics, all levels of emergency medical technicians (EMT's), company dispatchers and office personnel at its Bozeman, Montana facility. Excluded: All other employees and guards and managers as defined in the act at this facility.

Unit Sought: Included: Those full time and regular part time employees performing the work of Field Service Representatives within Boeing Commercial Airlines working within the United States. Petitioner seeks an Armour-Globe election in which members of the above voting group can choose to join the professional bargaining unit now described in Section 1.1(a) of the Professional Collective Bargaining Agreement dated December 2, 2008. Excluded: All other employees including guards, supervisors and managers as defined by the Act.
