Unit Sought: All regular full-time and regular part-time professional employees employed by the Association at all its facilities and locations in the Boston area, including registered nurses, psychologists, social workers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation counselors, special educators, Cambodian outreach workers, mental health assistants, developmental specialists and teacher aides, but excluding all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time mechanical maintenance workers employed by the employer at the East Millinocket, Maine location Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, production workers and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Full-time warehouse employees, merchandisers, drivers, cooler service employees, make ready center employees, production employees, maintenance employees, parts employees, etc. employees at the Employer's plants located in Waltham, Braintree and Needham, MA Excluded: All other employees, clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
