Unit Sought: Included: Employees of the Municipality of Anchorage who are employed at ML&P (Municipal Light & Power) and other employees of the Municipality of Anchorage departments and classifications set forth in the agreement dated 2 December 2008.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time production and maintenance employees employed by the employer at Simpson Lumber and Log Yard operations located at 540 Third Ave, Longview, WA 98632. Excluded: Office clerk employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time emergency medical technicians and paramedics. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, and guards and supervisors.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time and regular part time painters and apprentice painters employed by Cortinas Painting. Excluded: All other employees, including office clerical employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
