Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time dump truck (transfer, truck & pup, live bottom trailer) drivers employed at or out of the Sumner facility. Excluded: All other employees including but not limited to salespersons, mechanics, yard laborers, mixer drivers, tank drivers, office clerical employees guards and supervisors as defined in the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time lumpers, trailer checkers, and leads working for Universal Lumpers of Washington, Inc. at the Safeway Distribution Center, located in Auburn, Washington. Excluded: All other employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All office clerical employees employed by the Employer at its Tacoma, Washington facility; excluding all other employees, guards and supervisors defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All maintenance employees, including carpenters, painters, maintenance assistants, lockmiths, electricians, floor technicians, biomed and imaging technicians, audio and visual technicians, and all engineer employees operating and maintaining all boilers, generators, and all other appliances, systems, and equipment associated with the physical plant of the Hospital and associated buildings within the Peace Health Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend, and the RiverBend Annex and its associated off site facilities and rental properties; excluding all other employees, including supervisors, managerial employees and confidential employees, office clerical and guards.
