Unit Sought: Paramedics, EMT's, working leads employed out of the company's Eugene/Lane county bargaining unit; excluding all maintenance employees, janitorial employees, dispatchers, clerical employees guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time/regular part-time Truck Drivers, Loader Operators, Batch Plant Operations and Mechanics employed by the Employer at its Hermiston, OR location; excluding all clerical, confidential, supervisors and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time apprentice, journeyman, and foreman construction laborers employed by the employer in the State of Oregon; but excluding employees represented by other labor organizations, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time drivers employed by the Employer at or out of its Everett, Washington distribution center or out of its Arlington, Washington transportation yard; excluding all other employees, professional employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
