Excluded: Employees of other restaurants and bars operated as separate DBAs under the similarly named General Porpoise LLC (eg Bateau), executives under the Sea Creatures brand, and supervisors as defined under the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Lead Pharmacy Technicians, and Inventory Specialists employed by the Employer at its facility located at 26916 Maple Valley Black Diamond Rd SE, Maple Valley WA, 98038 (store #1471).
