Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, registered nursing assistants, certified nursing assistants, restorative aids, ward clerks, activities assistants, social service assistants, receptionists, maintenance employees, cooks, dietary aids, laundry employees and housekeeping employees employed by the Employer at its Montesano, Washington location; excluding all other employees, probationary employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: (a) Those full time & regular part time employees performing the work of Standards, Safety and Technical Pilots (job code: ADPX) employed by the Employer. (b) Those full time and regular part time Simulator-Only instuctors working in Flight Training-Simulator in the State of Washington. Petitioner seeks an Armour-Globe election in which members of the voting group can choose to join the bargaining unit currently represented by the airplane Manufacturing Pilots Association (AMPA). Excluded: All other employees including guards, supervisors and managers as defined by the Act.
