Excluded: All mangers, supervisors, confidential employees, guards and all other employees

Unit Sought: Included: Hourly maintenance personnel, including superintendent, assistant superintendent / handyman, porters, and doormen. Excluded: All confidential employees, supervisors, managers or guards employed by Lincoln Spencer as defined by the Act.
