Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time Drivers, Route Captains, and Expeditors working for the Essential Baking Company at their 5601 1st Ave South, Seattle, WA 98108 distribution plant. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, HVAC Engineer, Trainees and Apprentices. Excluded: Supervisory and confidential employees as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Teamsters Local 959 is seeking a self-determination election for the employees of an outpatient clinic recently acquired by South Peninsula Hospital, whose employees are represented by Teamsters Local 959 in a wall-to-wall unit. The current unit includes some employees that provide outpatient services and work at facilities outside the hospital building. The Union seeks to incorporate the Homer Medical Clinic employees into the existing bargaining unit by having the Board conduct a self-determination election. There are some professional employees among the Homer Medical Clinic employees who would cast their votes on two-part Sonotone ballots. The professional employees are Jessica James, Maureen Powers, and Katie Watson.
