Unit Sought: Included: All employee of Tool Gauge & Machine Works, Inc. in classifications listed in Article 11.1; Journeyman A&B, Moldmaker A&B, Journeyman C (advanced and basic), Moldmaker C (advanced and basic), Mold maintenance & repair technician, advanced specialist, specialist, metal assembly. Excluded: Office and Clerical employees, professional employees, guards, supervisors, truck drivers, clean-up toolcrib attendants, programmers, programmer supervisors, and all employees of Plastic Molded Products.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time and part time administrative, fiscal, and Program staff including those working in the following programs: Energy Assistance, Food Bank, Housing, and Financial Education employed by the Employer at its Seattle, Washington facility. Excluding: Confidential employees, Program Directors, Executive Directors, temporary employees and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: This self-determination petition seeks to add a group of approximately 3 Enterostomal Therapy Registered Nurses to an existing unit of approximately 730 registered nurses. The Washington State Nurses Association is the recognized exclusive collective bargaining representative of a unit consisting of “all registered nurses employed by the Employer as Staff Nurse, Nurse Team Leader and Per Diem Nurse at its hospital, but excluding supervisors and all other employees.” The petitioned-for group consists of registered nurses employed at the hospital and specializing in in-patient care of patients with wound, ostomy and continence needs.
